About
The need to integrate foundational athletic movement in law enforcement has been missing for far too long. Police cannot just be shooters...they have to be thinkers as well.

"At HPi Training, our mission is to make tactical shooting as simple as possible without pretending that becoming truly proficient is easy. Mastery requires a deeper understanding of how humans move, see, think, process information, and perform under pressure. We bring sports science, human performance, shooting fundamentals, and information processing to the forefront of law enforcement training—not to replace the foundational principles that have proven effective, but to integrate them through a human-performance lens. We want shooters to understand why they move the way they do, why they process information the way they do, and how vision, biomechanics, athletic movement, and shooting skills interact in a dynamic environment. By understanding the concepts behind performance rather than simply memorizing techniques, we can develop better shooters, better thinkers, and ultimately better law enforcement professionals who are prepared to adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining the judgment, values, and principles that guide their decisions."
